Palato is a Honduran company started by Monica Pedemonte (Chef Moni) in 2007, upon completing her undergraduate studies in the United States and her studies at The School of Superior Cuisine "Mausi Sebess" in Argentina.

In the beginning, Palato primarily provided catering services for private individual and corporate clients for special events, offering high quality prepared foods, baked goods and pastries. An activity Palato continues with great success.

Inspired to work with Honduran cacao beans, indigenous to the country and considered among the best in the world, coupled with her passion for high quality cuisine, Chef Moni joins the Bean to Bar movement, known worldwide.
